Forestry Mulching
Underbrush, palmetto, vines and small trees ground into mulch right where they stand. No burn piles, no haul-off — clean, usable land in about an acre a day.

Crestview anchors the north end of Okaloosa County — the I-10 and Highway 90 crossroads where the beach traffic thins out and the land gets big again. Out toward Baker, Holt, Milligan and Laurel Hill it's timber, pasture and hunting country; closer to town it's one of the fastest-growing residential markets in the Panhandle, with homesites being cut out of pine woods on every side of the city.
Both halves are our work. Clearview runs east from Jay along the same Highway 90 / Blackwater corridor, bringing forestry mulching for the overgrowth, clearing for the builds, and the fence, stump and driveway work that turns raw north-county land into finished property. Free estimates across the north county.

North Okaloosa reads a lot like our home turf in north Santa Rosa — planted pine, family acreage, cattle land and lease ground running toward the Alabama line. The projects match: field edges pushed back, grown-shut fence lines cleared and rebuilt, old pasture reclaimed from volunteer pine, and trails, plots and shooting lanes cut on hunting tracts around Baker and Holt.
The mulching approach fits this ground for the same reasons it fits ours: sandy soil that erodes when it's stripped, growth that returns fast, and owners who want usable land rather than a bulldozed scar. About an acre a day, keeper trees standing, no burn piles.
Crestview's residential growth keeps pushing into the woods, and every new place starts with the same sequence: footprint cleared and grubbed, a drive and culvert in from the county road, the rest of the parcel mulched open so the land is usable while the house gets built. Doing that with one crew — clearing, dirt work and access in a single mobilization — is what keeps raw-land math sensible.
We also carry the after-work: brush hogging to keep opened land open, stump grinding behind tree removals, and storm cleanup when weather runs up the I-10 corridor. Crestview marks the eastern edge of our regular range, and we cover it on the same free-estimate, straight-number basis as everywhere else: (850) 910-2447.

Lots, acreage and homesites cleared for real use — brush and trees down, debris handled, ground left clean. Sized right, from half-acre lots to full parcels.

Farm, field and property fencing — posts set, wire strung, corners braced. And because we clear land, the overgrown fence line gets opened up first.

Overgrown fields, pastures and lots cut back down — heavy rotary mowing for the growth a lawn mower won't touch and a mulcher is overkill for.

Stumps ground down below grade — single backyard stumps or every stump on a cleared lot. Mow over it, build over it, or plant grass where it stood.

Residential-scale excavation — grading, trenching, root and debris removal, drainage fixes and site prep with mini excavators and skid steers.
