Jay, FL · Northwest Florida Clearview Contracting Solutions is a family-run land management company based in Jay, Florida, in the farm-and-timber country of north Santa Rosa County. Owner-operator Jarred has spent more than twenty years running machinery — from big excavators and dozers on commercial and government clearing work to the skid steers, mulcher heads and mini excavators the company runs today.
That downsizing was on purpose. Residential and small-acreage land work is where the equipment fits, the jobs finish fast, and the results speak — overgrown lots turned park-like, fence lines opened and rebuilt, hunting land shaped so it actually hunts. Every job starts the same way: we walk the property with you, talk through what you actually need — and what you don't — and hand you a free estimate with a straight number.
