Forestry Mulching

Pensacola's land work is city-scale with country-sized problems: in-fill lots that have been growing wild for decades, big old oaks and pines dropping limbs and leaving stumps, drainage that shows no mercy in a summer downpour, and — every few years — a storm that rearranges half the tree canopy at once. Between the older neighborhoods and the fast-growing edges out toward Beulah and Nine Mile Road, there's always ground that needs taking back.
Clearview covers Pensacola and greater Escambia County from our base in Jay. We clear overgrown lots for owners, builders and sellers, grind the stumps the tree services leave behind, and bring real equipment to storm cleanup when the season demands it. Free estimates, straight numbers, residential and commercial.

Pensacola has a deep inventory of lots that got away — parcels inside the city grown into jungle, corner lots collecting code letters, family land that nobody has walked in years. Clearing those is bread-and-butter work: growth mulched or removed, debris actually gone, and a lot that reads as buildable the day we leave. For sellers, it's the cheapest facelift real estate gets.
On the growing west and north sides — Bellview, Beulah, out the Mobile Highway corridor — the work shifts to homesites and small acreage: footprints cleared for construction, back land mulched usable, drives and culverts put in where a parcel meets the road. City lot or five acres, it's the same crew and the same standard.
Pensacola's tree canopy is its charm and its maintenance bill. The oaks that make East Hill and North Hill beautiful eventually come down in pieces — and leave stumps that sit in yards for years because grinding felt like a luxury at removal time. We grind them below grade so the yard goes back to being a yard, one stump or a whole property's worth.
And when tropical weather finds the coast — as it does; Hurricane Sally in 2020 is still fresh memory here — the cleanup is equipment work. Grapples move whole downed pines, the mulcher processes tops and brush in place, and access gets opened first. After a blow, call (850) 910-2447 early; the list fills in order.

Farm, field and property fencing — posts set, wire strung, corners braced. And because we clear land, the overgrown fence line gets opened up first.

Overgrown fields, pastures and lots cut back down — heavy rotary mowing for the growth a lawn mower won't touch and a mulcher is overkill for.

Stumps ground down below grade — single backyard stumps or every stump on a cleared lot. Mow over it, build over it, or plant grass where it stood.
