Forestry Mulching
Underbrush, palmetto, vines and small trees ground into mulch right where they stand. No burn piles, no haul-off — clean, usable land in about an acre a day.

Milton sits where Santa Rosa County's two personalities meet: county-seat town on the Blackwater River, and the edge of some of the biggest woods in Northwest Florida. Property here comes with growth on it — town lots under mature oaks, acreage running up against planted pine, hunting land backing onto the state forest — and in this climate, all of it is trying to get thicker every season.
Clearview Contracting Solutions works Milton from just up the road in Jay. We forestry mulch overgrown parcels back to park-like ground, clear lots and homesites the whole way down when a build is coming, and handle the follow-through — stumps, dirt work, fence lines. Residential and commercial, and estimates are always free.

The work changes shape across Milton. In town and through East Milton and Bagdad it's lot-scale: the overgrown parcel that needs to be presentable, the homesite off Highway 90 that needs a clean footprint, the backyard stump from the last storm. Out Munson Highway and up toward Allentown it turns into land work — mulching brush off acreage, reclaiming pasture, opening fence lines that disappeared a few owners ago.
And then there's the hunting side. Milton is the doorstep of the Blackwater country, and a lot of what we do east and north of town is trail and food plot work — access cut through thicket, plots cleared and prepped, shooting lanes opened before the season. It's the same machine doing all of it: one mulcher, about an acre a day.
Milton's soil is Panhandle sand, and it rewards the mulching approach: grind the growth where it stands, leave the mulch layer holding the ground, and skip the bare-dirt erosion that a bulldozed clear invites. Where construction needs bare ground, we clear deliberately — roots grappled out, debris handled, grade left honest for whatever comes next.
We also carry jobs the whole way: a cleared lot finished with a gravel drive and culvert so trucks can get in, a reclaimed field kept clean with scheduled brush hogging, a fence line cleared and rebuilt in one pass. One crew from Jay, one estimate, one standard.

Lots, acreage and homesites cleared for real use — brush and trees down, debris handled, ground left clean. Sized right, from half-acre lots to full parcels.

Farm, field and property fencing — posts set, wire strung, corners braced. And because we clear land, the overgrown fence line gets opened up first.

Overgrown fields, pastures and lots cut back down — heavy rotary mowing for the growth a lawn mower won't touch and a mulcher is overkill for.

Stumps ground down below grade — single backyard stumps or every stump on a cleared lot. Mow over it, build over it, or plant grass where it stood.

Residential-scale excavation — grading, trenching, root and debris removal, drainage fixes and site prep with mini excavators and skid steers.
