Forestry Mulching
Underbrush, palmetto, vines and small trees ground into mulch right where they stand. No burn piles, no haul-off — clean, usable land in about an acre a day.

Jay is home. Clearview Contracting Solutions is based right here in the north end of Santa Rosa County, in the farm-and-timber country between the Escambia River and the Alabama line. This is working land — row crops, cattle, planted pine, and some of the best hunting ground in the Panhandle — and keeping working land working is exactly what our equipment exists for.
Being local means the drive is short and the knowledge is real: we know what Berrydale sand does in a wet February, how fast a Chumuckla fence line disappears into titi, and where the deer move when the corn comes off. Forestry mulching, land clearing, fence work, trails and food plots — free estimates anywhere in the north county.

Around Jay the calls are agricultural at heart: field edges creeping in a few feet every year until the tillable acres shrink, fence lines grown shut between pastures, ditches and turn-rows swallowed by brush, old barns and homesites being reclaimed for the next generation. The mulcher takes the creep back out of field edges; the excavator and grapple handle the roots, ditches and dirt.
Fence is constant out here — cattle country demands it — and we do the whole job: line cleared, old wire out, new fence built and braced to hold stock in sandy ground. When a storm drops pines across a boundary, one call puts the trees off the wire and the fence back up.
North Santa Rosa hunting ground — private timber around Munson, river-bottom edges, the family back-forty — is where our trail and food plot work lives. Access trails cut wide enough for the side-by-side, plots cleared and left workable for a disc, shooting lanes opened before bow season, and firebreaks where planted pine runs close to structures.
We mulch rather than doze on hunting land for a reason: mulched trails stay open for seasons, plot edges feather instead of hard-lining, and the woods keep holding deer. Book the winter after season closes and the property is settled and quiet long before October. Call (850) 910-2447 — around Jay, we can usually look at a property fast.

Lots, acreage and homesites cleared for real use — brush and trees down, debris handled, ground left clean. Sized right, from half-acre lots to full parcels.

Farm, field and property fencing — posts set, wire strung, corners braced. And because we clear land, the overgrown fence line gets opened up first.

Overgrown fields, pastures and lots cut back down — heavy rotary mowing for the growth a lawn mower won't touch and a mulcher is overkill for.

Stumps ground down below grade — single backyard stumps or every stump on a cleared lot. Mow over it, build over it, or plant grass where it stood.
